السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،

نقدّر شراكتكم القيمة وثقتكم المستمرة، ونود إحاطتكم بأنه تقرر إعادة جدولة الملتقى من موعده السابق (30–31 مارس 2026م) إلى الموعد الجديد 28–29 سبتمبر 2026م، وذلك نتيجة ظروف تنظيمية خارجة عن الإرادة. بناءً على الخطاب الموجه لنا بتاريخ ٢٤ /٣ /٢٠٢٦م والمرفق أدناه.

وقد تم اتخاذ هذا القرار بعناية لضمان تحقيق أعلى عائد استثماري وتسويقي لشركائنا، وتعزيز جودة التجربة والحضور بما يواكب مكانتكم وبناءً على خطاب الجمعية العربية للثقافة والفنون بجدة والجهات الحكومية المشاركة في الملتقى لتحقيق الأثر المرجو منه.

وعليه نود التأكيد على ما يلي:

  • تعتبر كافة الاتفاقيات والتعاقدات المبرمة سارية وممتدة تلقائياً إلى الموعد الجديد.
  • تظل جميع الحقوق والمزايا المرتبطة بالرعاية أو المشاركة محفوظة بالكامل دون أي تعديل.
  • لا يترتب على هذا التأجيل أي التزامات مالية إضافية.
  • لا يترتب على تغيير الموعد أي مطالبات مالية أو تعويضات، باعتباره ظرفاً خارجاً عن الإرادة.
  • يُعد هذا الإشعار جزءاً مكملاً للعقود والاتفاقيات المبرمة.
