Official Statement – Notice of Forum Postponement and Alternative Date

Dear Clients, Partners, and Sponsors of the Jeddah Cultural and Artistic Events Security and Safety Forum 2026

Peace be upon you, and God's mercy and blessings,

We value your valued partnership and continued trust, and we would like to inform you that it has been decided to reschedule the forum from its previous date (March 30–31, 2026) to the new date of September 28–29, 2026, due to organizational circumstances beyond our control. Based on the letter addressed to us dated 24/3/2026 and attached below.

This decision was made carefully to ensure the highest investment and marketing return for our partners, and to enhance the quality of the experience and attendance in a manner befitting your standing, based on the letter from the Arab Association for Culture and Arts in Jeddah and the government entities participating in the forum to achieve the intended impact.

Accordingly, we would like to confirm the following:

  • All agreements and contracts concluded shall remain valid and automatically extend to the new date.
  • All rights and benefits related to sponsorship or participation remain fully preserved without any modification.
  • This postponement does not entail any additional financial obligations.
  • The date change does not entail any financial claims or compensation, as it is considered a circumstance beyond our control.
  • This notice is considered a complementary part of the concluded contracts and agreements.
